This demo doesnt work - is there a working version?

Hi Mike,
Thank you for bringing our attention to the demo. I tested the solution locally and it appears to work fine.
As for a working version, I've attached the sample project where I tested, so you can take a closer look at the functionality (Note - on initial load of the page, the data may not load correctly and a page reload needs to be done so that it loads):
Regarding the demo itself, the team will look into it, to figure out why it behaves in that way.

I never see data in the online demo no mater what i do

It appears the demo doesn't display data correctly due to an internal server error, for which we will look into it. For now, please use the sample project from my initial reply - in it you can observe the code from the demo in a working example.
