We have hundreds of log error messages regarding missing or problem loading ButtonSprites.gif.
This issue has been asked in 2019 ticket and we were informed it would be fixed in a new release. It has yet to be fixed, and although I we are not experiencing any obvious issues, other than the error in the log, I have been tasked with resolving this.
The exact message states: "The requested resource 'pTelerik.Web.UI.Skins|Telerik.Web.UI.Skins.Sunset.FormDecorator.ButtonSprites.gif' does not exist or there was a problem loading it."

Hi Jeff,
I examined the source code of the latest version and noticed that the ButtonSprites.gif file is available as an embedded resource but never referenced. Instead, the Sunset CSS file is looking for the ButtonSprites.png file, also available as an embedded resource.
This issue might be due to mixed render modes. I will need your help troubleshooting this problem.
Can you please test the latest version 2024.2.513 (2024 Q2) by following these steps:
- Make sure you are using the Latest version - https://docs.telerik.com/devtools/aspnet-ajax/knowledge-base/common-assembly-version
- Check fox mixed render mode - https://www.telerik.com/support/kb/aspnet-ajax/details/determine-the-render-mode-of-all-telerik-controls-and-catch-mixed-render-mode-issues
- Switch to Lightweight render mode which uses font icons, but not images and where this problem could not exist.
