Could not load file or assembly Kendo.Core.Export

Hi we're receiving this error regarding Kendo.Core.Export.dll however the DLL is present. Any ideas? There are similar issues here in the Community Forums however we have yet to discover a solution.

 

Line 18 in Program.cs:

builder.Services.AddControllersWithViews()
