Hello Jiamei,
The checkbox is available in the Kendo UI TreeView component in Angular version 17.2.0 as seen in this StackBlitz example.
Please compare the packages from the example to your application and let me know if you're then able to see the checkboxes in the TreeView. If the issue still persists, send an isolated Angular application, I can then investigate and further assist you.
